We found numerous comments on Champion Windows, both good and bad. Some are rather old, but it’s interesting to note the differences.
Since Champion is located throughout the country, we tried to keep it local for Cincinnati residents.
What others are saying:
“I have had nothing but bad luck with champion windows. Pure JUNK!!!! There installers are the most unskilled uneducated I have ever seen. I wasted 9000.00 of my money on windows that just plain suck.”

“Do not rec. this company at all!!!! Sloppy, sloppy, sloppy…wish I had listened to all of the complaints lodged against them before I entered into contract.”
–Kristine G, complaintsboard.com
“The representatives were unresponsive to calls subsequent to the job being done. the two employees on site were careless, after repeated comments about tracking dirt in. They had no concern for customer’s property. Did not respond to comments about wearing shoe protection. And the clean up was poor, and cigarette butts and shavings were all around the house.”
–Linda C., guildquality.com
” The workmen were great, the job they did was done well, and they cleaned up after themselves. The sales representative was very helpful. The gentleman who came out to measure the area was also very helpful. If I had to have windows put in anywhere, I would definitely call Champion Windows of Cincinnati to do it.”

“We are very happy with our new Champion windows. Our house looks and feels great. From the salesman to the installers the process was efficient.”

Bottom Line: Most of the complaints are several years old. We are not sure what happened, but judging from more recent comments, Champion has cleaned up their act in Cincinnati.
